Material for the PSC meeting the 24th of september (part 1)

Dear all,

the updated issue list and common library spreadsheets are attached.

I implemented the following items: 13, 15, 17, 23, 28, 30, 31, 32, 37, 
40, 44, 45, 46, 47.

I have some doubts on items 28, 32, 40, 44, 47 (see my comments in 
column "M") and 16, 35, 36 (not implemented). I think we can discuss 
about this during next confereence call.

I will send you the new spreadsheets from iSurf and Enea as soon as 
possible.
