SV: Additional requirement for the Invoice

Hi Georg

I think it is dangerous to add a process oriented (invoicing) element to a general purpose core component. Wouldn’t QuantityUnitFactorRate or LineQuantityUnitFactorRate be a better term?

There is an requirement to add the folowing:

Add a InvoiceUnitFactorRate to the Price class in UBL with the definition „The factor between the pricing and the line quantity unit of measure in a document“.
