UBL PSC issues

Dear all

During the last two meetings we have set up solution groups for the new
issues. Please find your issues on the list and arrange the necessary
meetings. I have noticed that a lot of member are going to meet in Trois
next week. We then need a phone meeting more to finalize the must simple
issues and to prepare the meeting. I have created a doodle session I order
