Hello PSC,

I should add to the message I sent earlier that if you can't deliver a
finished model of the new cancellation document by 5 February, we're
expecting a dummy version of the model to be entered in order to create
appropriate placeholder schema and spreadsheet files.  Same for the new
genericode file.
