Unexpected duplication of a code list for PSC

In my SGTG work today on code lists, I noted the following 
duplication in PRD2 that I feel should not be found also in PRD3:

These two code lists appear to be identical in values in PRD2:

http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/prd2-UBL-2.1/cl/gc/special-purpose/ComparisonDataSourceCode-2.1.gc

http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/prd2-UBL-2.1/cl/gc/special-purpose/DataSourceCode-2.1.gc

Is there any reason why we need to have both?

The "ComparisonDataSourceCode" identification is simply 
"DataSourceCode", so I'm assuming this was an oversight of whoever 
created the code lists.  I'll be deleting "ComparisonDataSourceCode" 
from the list for PRD3 unless I hear differently.
