I have just replaced the UBP 2.0 Procurement working draft package. There
is however one more iteration anticipated before I'd like to submit this to
the TC (about a week from now) but changes will be minor and probably
non-normative.
Please send objections, if any, between now and 24th February after which I
would like to submit this as a proposed comittee draft and public review
draft, pending TC vote. Thanks.

I'd also like to welcome Sacha Schlegel to the SC who has contributed
extensively to this package, for which I am very grateful. Welcome Sacha
and many thanks.
