Dear SSC,

Many thanks to Mike for sending the amended NDR.
- attached.

I'll now start work on a list of changes needed
in Schemas and send it to the TC, hopefully,
for the next Atlantic meeting. Included will be
any agreements from the last Atlantic TC meeting
minutes from Jon.

Then if the TC will approve it, David can start work
on changes to Schema generation.
