Agenda:


1. NDR issues list review

   Did not see new posting of NDR interim document.
   We decided that the proposed modeling changes are going to impact
   the schema generation to a degree that it would be best to wait
   until some of that is decided before reviewing rules.  This may
   be a couple of weeks at best.

2. Spreadsheet model changes

   - How to implement the new model architecture from hangzhou meeting

     Not enough time to discuss, decide, and incorporate for 2.0.
     This should be raised at weekly meeting.
  

3. Schedule review

   This week - Mavis send out interim copy of NDRs.
   15 June - feasibility study on unedocs done
   29 June - recommendation discussed in cefact plenary and ubl
   end of june - all ndr except code lists (waiting for mark)

   This is not what was expected, and will impact the schema
   work.  The only way to mitigate is to begin schemas with
   what Stephen has done and then reiterate in August.
   However, with modeling work underway, this is proably
   not the best approach.

   Instead, as soon as the modeling work is well in hand, Stephen
   will send David a compact list of needed changes.  David may
   or may not be able to handle those at this point - may need
   to wait until after vacation (August).

4. Other business

   - David on vacation beginning July 15 into August.
     David's technical help is also on vacation in August.
     Since we don't know when the NDRs will be done, it will
     be a bit adhoc.  In the meantime SSC will put questions
     to the list that are not controversial so they can be
     resolved before Mark returns.  This aligns with Mavis's
     plan to do the same.

   - Discussion over atg2 schemas.

   - How to implement the new model architecture from hangzhou meeting

     Not enough time to discuss, decide, and incorporate for 2.0.
     There are issues such as qualifier name clashes that will have
     to be dealt with at the schema level.  The feasibility would be
     dependent on GEFEG.  GEFEG would like to support CL's submission
     which promotes alignment.  But the content model is a bit
     different in that it's implementation impact is not yet known.

   - even if above schedule is achieved, code lists are still an
     open item.  Stephen forward the code list document to the list.
     David will try to get time to review.

   - stephen send out ndr that is available if newer isn't available
