I've gone thru this & again I must say it's a good piece of work. Looks
like UNeDocs data model can be completely overlaid by UBL data model,
except for the additional Customs data information. This can definitely
be extended, which is the ultimate goal.

We'll now need to think up selling points on UBL data model so that TBG3
ppl can be "sold".

As backround to discussions in Lille I have tried to overlay the UBL 
model over the UN/eDocs ones presented to TBG3.

The attached presentation has may interpretation on the second page (the

first page is the original model).  Perhaps we can talk about this on
