Subject: RE: [ubl-tsc] Minutes of Meeting - Thursday, 17 May 2007

Hi all,

Pls find below the MOM for the last concall.

MINUTES of UBL-TSC Meeting

1900 – 2030 SGT, Thursday, 17 May 2007

Attendance:

Kama, Andrew Schoka, Tim Mcgrath

Item Discussed

1. UBL F2F meeting

- Andy updated that he gave a background briefing on UBL TSC to Flemming and Klaus

. In that session, Flemming also gave an overview of the Danish transport xml project

. The Danish transport group had explored and used the work of TBG3

. The excel spreadsheet had about 450 ACC, BCC, ASCC

. It is largely derived from an early version of TBG3 submission and included some data element from EDIFACT messages

. Andy had proposed a small scale analysis by UBL TSC for one ACC, which is the Transport Equipment

. The Danish transport group will meet on 21 May '07 & thereafter provide feedback to UBL TSC on how to move forward

. Tim commented that this (incorporating the Danish transport group requirement) could be a possible set of extension to UBL 2.0

. The work will also bring it closer to alignment with TBG3
