Conflicting code list specification

Audun,

TSC has specified that in the special-purpose/ directory the 
PackagingTypeCode list come from:

http://www.unece.org/fileadmin/DAM/uncefact/codelist/standard/UNECE_PackageTypeCode_2006.xsd

But this is in conflict with the PackagingTypeCode list in UBL 2.0 
default/ directory:

http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/os-UBL-2.0-update/cl/gc/default/PackagingTypeCode-2.0.gc

Which comes from Recommendation 20, the latest of which is found here:

http://www.unece.org/fileadmin/DAM/cefact/recommendations/rec21/rec21_Rev9e_2012.xls

Shall I use the name PackageTypeCode for the file specified by TSC 
instead of PackagingTypeCode in order to distinguish the two lists, 
or do we really need PackageTypeCode if we already have PackgingTypeCode?

The codes are quite different, so there is no doubt these are different lists.
