TSC changes to edocreator

Tim, Ken,

As a followup to recent email exchanges, Audun has be kind enough to prepare instructions for editing the TSC entities in edocreator. See specifically column K. With your concurrence Arianna should make these changes. I would like to believe that these are the final changes; however we continue to work through Jon’s comments and questions regarding TSC definitiions. While defitions themselves would affect the schema, cardinality changes may. Our ability to finish this review is constrained by lack of expertise in specialized areas, eg Certificate of Origin and Customs processes.
