Welcome and roll call

Review of the eFreight Common Library

Peter went through the new items suggested in the eFreigh library. It was agreed that Peter would transfer the library to a proper UBL spreadsheet that can be used as source to the UBL TSC Spreadsheet for additions. Peter will chase Rui for examples of usage for the new and changed ABIEs

Need for new document types in UBL:

Cargo Manifest

Waiting for input from eFreight or the Copenhagen Airport project, Peter is working on.

Multimodal Waybill

Waiting for input from Rui, who is supposed to become member soon. Ken suggested the name Consolidated Waybill

Common Reporting Specification

Peter will contact Jan Tore and Mike Order in order to get more info for the requirements for this document. All there exists right now is an xsd.

Import declaration

Kari will ask a contact from the Finnish Customs Declaration in order to map and validate the Customs Export Declarations and get input to this.

Transit declaration

Kari will ask a contact from the Finnish Customs Declaration in order to map and validate the Customs Export Declarations and get input to this.

Status for the TSC submission into PRD3

Goods Item passport

Peter had a verification session with Danish Champers of Commerce. It seems like the Request for Proof of reexportation Reminder, can be merged with the request for Proof og Reexportation.

Goods certificate

Clearview Trade has started a process in replacing the UN Cefact SPS Certificate with this one. This will result in new sample documents for the PRD3 and perhaps also in new requirements.

Export declaration

Kari will validate this with his contact.
