Taking this the XML-way, that'd seem to point to the direction
of having a XML format to tag the features of tools.  

Also, "integrate" towards what ends would be a question perhaps
for TTSC to consider.  In other words, what (better) do we get
when tools manage to "integrate" in some sense together?  The
discussion from this would probably feed into the XML format
so that tools manifest their relevant features towards "integration"
with other tools.

Yes, Chris' paper is useful in providing a user perspective
to guide development towards something that's good to have.
