Agenda:

1. List of UBL tools

   We need a comprehensive list of UBL tools that can be made
   available on the ttsc web site - all known available tools,
   both commercial and noncommercial.  This is referenced by
   a link in the 1.0 UBL spec.

2. Tools information to be developed for oasis ttsc site

   Taking what we had discussed to be in the TTSC document,
   but reformatting it to be placed on the TTSC web site.
   Having it on the web site will enable us to update it
   as tools and approaches change through the UBL releases.

3. Discussion topics for Hong Kong

4. Work items for UBL 1.1

5. Other business

   - future tools directions
