UBL TC,

The Utilities Industry Group (UIG) has requested liaison status
with the UBL TC and has designated Bob Matsey
<rcmatsey@duke-energy.com> as its representative to the UBL
Liaison Subcommittee.

Does anyone object to the appointment of Bob Matsey to the Liaison
Subcommittee?  You have five days (till COB 15 November 2002) to
register an objection if you have one.
