As long as we're all sharing our OpenOffice successes and failures, I can say that it works fine on my ThinkPad with Windows XP. When I downloaded the UBL Brochure Mozilla did suggest a "bin" extension, but I saved it as "swx" and it opened just fine. Oh come on Bill, we all know that it is that damn hidden Microsoft code that ensures all open applications blow up :-) Seriously, I also can not get Open Office to work. I have installed and uninstalled twice but still get the same error message.
