Schema Review: UBL-CoreComponentTypes-1.0-draft-7.1.xsd

The latest CCT schema still has 'DateTime', 'Indicator' and 'Numeric' types defined as simple types.

I believe we had agreed in Washington that they would be redefined to conform to the CCTS. That is, the required supplementary component 'Format' would be added to the definition of each.

Hello all,

please find enclosed the file "draft-7.1.zip". It includes the "draft-7.1"
schema modules.

These files are based on Tims draft-7 models. That means they use new
CoreComponentType structures and partially new names for specialized
datatypes. Everything else has not changed.
