Thanks for pointing this out.

The instance drafts do not really align with Schema drafts since the Schema
drafts
are not likely to have differences at this stage which affect instances. I'd
prefer,
with limited time, to keep draft numbers out of the instance namespaces. The
instances
will have their own series of draft numbers. They are, at present, based on
the draft
10 Schemas with their namespaces altered. I hope just to have one or two new
drafts
of instances as the FPSC work can continue then with minimal need to wait
for
the end of Schema production. I have a new draft of instances in the
pipeline now
with some improvements such as Supplementary Components for codes with
codelist Schemas and some corrections to beta. I may release these soon so
that folk
can comment on the code Supplementary Component use (and the use of the
'name'
attribute for code elements).
