Verification of annotation structure

Dear all
I have gone through the structures of the annotation documentation provided 
with our schemas. From what I have seen these indeed comply with the rules in 
the checklist provided. So I am not sure I understand where Gunther is coming 
from.

I sent him a separate email to tell him of this.
