Hello UBL TC,

The UBL CNLSC is now making its Simplified Chinese translation of
the UBL 1.0 spreadsheets available for public review.  See file
attached.

Comments on the translation should be sent to the CNLSC co-chairs,
William Chan (william@npc.org.cn) and Patrick Yee (kcyee@cecid.hku.hk).
