We're back to the usual structure for this meeting.  While the
Pacific call is scheduled primarily for TC members in Asia and
Australia, TC members in the U.S. are urged to take advantage of
this evening slot if they haven't been able to attend the Atlantic
call.  The list of open issues is given in the agenda for the
Atlantic TC call 8 December 2004.
