UBL 2.0 timeline

Here's a detailed timeline for UBL 2.0 completion.  Note the
issues list at the end.

 - GEFEG provides revised qDT module [Done]

 - Lemming provides PRD3 change log [Done]

 - Thorpe provides ASN.1 schemas

 - Bosak rebuilds PRD3 package

 - Bosak puts out call for "successful use" statements

 - CD ballot ends Wednesday evening

 - PRD3 is submitted to OASIS Thursday morning

Week of 25 September (first week of public review):

 - McGrath revises artwork

 - PSC and TSC (1) review previous copy edits and (2)
   accept/reject further proposed edits (see issues list below)

 - TC reviews revised spreadsheets

 - Organizational UBL TC members prepare statements of "successful
   use" in preparation for OASIS Standardization

 - 2.0 editors debug new docbook-based production methodology

Week of 2 October (second week of public review):

 - JB collates materials required for Standardization submission

 - GEFEG regenerates schemas 2-3 October

 - TC signs off on revised materials 4 October

 - Conditional CS ballot begins 5 October

Week of 9 October:

 - Last-minute nonsubstantive revisions to package

 - UBL 2.0 submitted to OASIS 13 October
