In fact, the comment is really aimed at the UBL 2.0 library, not the 
NDRs. What we should have in the NDRs must reflect the current UBL 2.0 
models. 

As Tony says these are judgement calls and in this case i agree with his 
anaylsis. A generalized 'account' would be too vague. so Financial 
Account is OK.
