Preparing for the Stockholm TC meeting

UBL TC members intending to go to the TC meeting 24-28 September
in Stockholm should take note of this reminder sent to UN/CEFACT
members.  (We're co-locating with the UN/CEFACT Forum meeting.)
The cutoff date for the best rates is 18 June.

Dear Head of Delegation

I am pleased to announce that the 11th UN/CEFACT Forum will be organized in
Stockholm, Sweden from 24 to 28 September 2007.

The organizers have secured hotel accommodation very close to the Forum
site at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, Näringslivets Hus in
central Stockholm (address: Storgatan 19, 114 85 Stockholm).

However, the first cut-off date for accommodation is approaching fast.  The
preferential rate at the Best Western Mornington Hotel, which is located
only 300 metres from the venue, is only available until 18 June. The
cut-off date for other hotels with somewhat higher prices will be 23
August.

The secretariat would like to urge all Heads of Delegation to remind Forum
delegates of the advantages of early booking. Full information on
accommodation can be found on the Stockholm Forum's website at
http://www.uncefactforum.org/MEETINGS/index.htm

The Forum's registration will be opened shortly, too. We expect the online
registration to be operational around 15 June.
