    Review of Pacific call minutes

       JB: Note discussion of the abbreviation list.  We don't want
       to multiply the documents that have to be put through the
       OASIS approval process.  OK to put the abbreviation appendix
       back in 2.0 NDR as historical fact?  GKH has produced what
       appears to be a complete list of the abbreviations used in
       UBL 2.0:

       MG: There were actually two reasons for taking the list out
       of the NDR.  One reason was to make it easier to revise the
       list independent of the NDR, but more fundamentally, the
       NDRs are logically prior to the vocabulary.  Abbreviations
       belong to vocabulary definition.

       JB: Good point.  Will note this for the discussion in
       Fremantle.

UBL 2.0 NDR EDITORIAL REVIEW

    We appear to be close to finished.  The following items remain:

     - Question needing resolution from BH

       ACTION: BH to respond to the NDR team.

     - Formatting issues

       ACTION: Team to review latest PDF.

     - Abbreviations

       On the agenda for Fremantle.

     - Diagrams

       ACTION: JB to redo the diagrams as best he can and then send
       to the NDR team for review.

UBL TC MEETING IN FREMANTLE 19-22 JANUARY 2009

    See latest info (including telcon info) in this week's Pacific
    call minutes.

2009 TC MEETING SCHEDULE

    20-24 April 2009, colocated with the UN/CEFACT Forum in Rome if
    possible.

       Room requirements have been submitted to the Forum chair.

    17-21 August 2009 in Montréal, colocated with Balisage the
    previous week.
