Approval of UBL Customization Guidelines for third public review

Hello UBL TC,

As agreed in last week's TC meetings, we are ready to move the
Guidelines forward into their third and (we hope) final public
review.

Comments received during the second public review and dispositions
of the same were sent you in minutes from the August meeting in
Montreal and have also been copied here:

A package believed to be suitable for submission as PRD3 can be
found here:

    http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/34310/

I now present for your consideration the resolution below,
approving this package for submission to OASIS.

If you approve this resolution, do nothing.

If you object to adoption of this resolution and you are a voting
member of the OASIS UBL TC, register your objection to this list
no later than COB Monday 28 September 2009.

RESOLUTION APPROVING UBL CUSTOMIZATION GUIDELINES PUBLIC REVIEW
DRAFT NUMBER 3

Resolved,

1. That the OASIS UBL TC approves the candidate Public Review
     Draft for the UBL 2 Guidelines for Customization, First
     Edition, currently located at

        http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/34310/

     as an OASIS Committee Draft.

2. That the UBL TC chairs and secretary are authorized to make
    such nonsubstantive changes to the approved document as may be
    required for publication as an OASIS Public Review Draft.

3. That the UBL TC chairs and secretary are authorized to submit
    the approved Committee Draft for OASIS public review.

4. That the UBL TC chairs and secretary are authorized to make
    such further nonsubstantive changes to the approved Committee
    Draft as may be needed to meet the requirements of the OASIS
    public review process.
