I added it in the ubl-psc IssueList (see sheet "PRD03 Issues" in the 
attached version) but no, it hasn't been discussed neither implemented 
... if I didn't lose any mails, it was submitted last week, isn't it?

So, during the first net-meeting after Easter, the ubl-psc agreed to put 
all the new issues in the list of issues that will be implemented in PRD3.

 From my point of view, it should be better to follow this decision 
because some new issues have been already submitted and we are leaving 
them for PRD3 ... so I would like to handle all issues in the same way 
... in any case, if we need to include this issue in prd2, please 
propose it for the ubl-psc conference call planned for tomorrow (May 17th).
