       No comments.

CHANGE TO MEETING IN KARS

    We are considering moving the meeting in Kars up to the week of 19
    September.  See

       AGREED (pending further discussion in the Atlantic call) to move
       the meeting in Kars to the week of 19 September 2011.

UBL 2.1 SCHEDULING

    See spreadsheet attached to the message referenced above.

    Changes/additions to make to the spreadsheet:

     - Put statements of use in the schedule (including the point at
       which these statements must be requested of stakeholders)

     - Add more detail to specify exactly what's being voted on in each
       ballot (e.g. the week of 7 November)

     - Freeze the outer row and column

       ACTION: JB to finish the documentation issues list and forward for
       next week's calls.
