MINUTES OF ATLANTIC UBL TC MEETING WEDNESDAY 4 JANUARY 2012

NDR WORK

   We have files and questions from BH to discuss:

   BH: Took the template from last year and put the first three chapters
   in along with new art from KV (jpegs converted from visio).  Many
   comments and questions in the PDF.

      ACTION: GKH to combine that analysis with BH's work to make a
      straw man for review.

WORK ITEMS FOR SUBCOMMITTEES

   A list compiled from the previous Atlantic TC meeting has been sent
   to PSC and TSC:

      ACTION: PLB to convene a PSC meeting next week to discuss these
      issues.

   With regard to the cancellation message issue, we note two key
   questions:

   (AS/JB) Are we looking for cancellation messages unique to each
   document type or rather a generic message or cancellation mechanism?

   (GKH) Are we basing workflow on document types or document content?

   Note that (1) we already have Order Cancellation as representative of
   the former approach, and (2) some kind of cancellation mechanism is
   needed for transport, too.

      ACTION: AS to provide TSC requirements for cancellation as input
      to the PSC meeting next week.

ADDING RECEIPTADVICETYPECODE TO THE RECEIPT ADVICE DOCUMENT

      AGREED that this an issue for PSC to decide.
