      AGREED to the decision regarding criteria/criterion.  Note AI on
      this subject for JB.

UBL 2.1 PRD3 DEFINITION REVIEW

   JB: First detail pass through the common library has just been
   completed; will now be applying some global changes.  Out of the
   office most of the day Tuesday, so will not be ready to deliver by
   the time of this week's Atlantic call, but may have by Thursday or
   Friday.  There are questions pending in PSC regarding taxes:
