Status of PSC model work
PSC has been working with Arianna. It is assumed that the changes
have all been implemented in the database.

UBL 2.1 Release Time-line
Status of the time-line
- no change in status this week
Ken will try to prepare a draft Committee Specification in time for the
next meeting, which is the last meeting of 2013. We can then vote on a
Committee Specification early in January.

Starting with this week's meetings, a change in the Atlantic call time:
Pacific call date/time: Wednesdays 01:00UTC
New Atlantic call date/time: Wednesdays 15:00UTC (was 17:00UTC)
(Note the Pacific call takes place Tuesday evenings west of the
Atlantic Ocean)
