My process is still reporting skipped lines due to problems in the definitions, and it has exposed a new one regarding TSC (this new one may be due to improved checking).

What I need done is have someone replace the cell in column "C" (the old definition) with the text in my post labeled "existing:". This updates the definition spreadsheet with the values that are found today in eDoCreator.
When that is done, then my merge process will not skip the row because column C will match what I export from eDoCreator.
There are also ambiguous new (column "D") and fix (column "J") values, where both TSC and PSC have different values for the revised definition. I've just added this check based on a chance observation and the process has discovered numerous conflicting new definitions. My process doesn't know which of the conflicting new definitions to use. They are also listed below.
The definitions are not complete until I can automate the merging. PSC and TSC will have to work out between them as to which definition to use and update both spreadsheets with the identical value.
Thank you for addressing these issues. While a couple of them are trivial, I am not in a position to do this work for you because of my other committee obligations. And because you two have your master definition spreadsheets. And there may be semantic nuances I would not appreciate.
