Thanks, Tim ... I ask that Andy and Peter update their respective 
copies of their spreadsheets as they interpret your suggestions.

Then when I use the spreadsheets they post, there should be no errors.

Andy and Peter, if either of you object to Tim's suggestion, then 
you'll both have to agree on a replacement.

To save time, I think all they have to do is enter your suggestion 
for "J" into column "J" of their spreadsheets (if they agree with 
your decision).  We can leave "D" untouched.  I ignore "D" if there 
is a value in "J".  It saves time not to touch "D" and who knows if 
the legacy information in "D" might be useful in the future.

In the case of Transport Schedule, column "C" has to be updated with 
the text "do be done" in order to match the database.
