Definition problems (semantic) and documentation problem (roles)

Can someone please advise ASAP on the following comments that have 
been brought forward?

1. The definitions of Exception Criteria and Retail Event are still 
inadequate.  They're like defining Invoice as "A document that 
contains details about the invoice."  They must give some indication 
of how each document is used, or what it is used for.

2. The hub document table for Fulfilment Cancellation (section 
3.1.25) is still missing Submitter and Receiver roles.
