Specification submission status

I am confirming that the only changes made for CSD3 from PRD3D5 are:

  - title page and package identification changes:
    - heading to "Committee Specification Draft 3"
    - stage to be "csd3"
    - citation to be CSD3
  - Annex A.3 - addition of uml/ directory
  - Annex A.3 - removal of css/ and etc/ directories
  - Annex G.1 - the link to the source of the ASN.1 HTML is removed because
                the tool creating it is no longer publicly available
              - the directory is updated per this contribution:
     https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl-comment/201302/msg00000.html
  - note that the package generation necessarily adds stage information
    and creation date/time stamps in many of the documents resulting in
    character-level differences in the files, though these changes are only
    in the comments sections of the XSD schema documents

The CSD3 package that is about to be delivered to OASIS TC Administration is:

I am confirming that the only changes made for PRD3 from CSD3 are:

  - title page and package identification changes:
    - heading to "Public Review Draft 3"
    - stage to be "prd3"
    - citation to be PRD3
  - note that the package generation necessarily adds stage information
    and creation date/time stamps in many of the documents resulting in
    character-level differences in the files, though these changes are only
    in the comments sections of the XSD schema documents

The PRD3 package that is about to be delivered to OASIS TC Administration is:

I am informed that each act of submitting a package for review will 
trigger a post to the TC list confirming the submission.

Note that the differences from UBL 2.0 to UBL 2.1 and the differences 
from PRD2 to PRD3 are found in the specification in annexes B.3.4 and 
B.3.5, respectively.
