Please note that the EU Multi-stakeholder forum on eInvoicing approved unanimously (i.e. all EU Member States, CEN and the participating EU Associations) the following Recommendation:

You can find there that OASIS is among the "international organisations working on data models that cover the requirements of different industries and sectors; they are recognized and accepted globally and their standards are adopted by many actors within both the private and public sector"

The UBL Invoice is mentioned as part of the material to be considered for the recommended European Standard on core invoice semantic.

This can IMO added in the presentation of UBL 2.1 as part of the international recognitions.
