I only answered the aspects of the email regarding "predefined 
messages" as it was my understanding that was the focus based on Chet 
sending it to our TC.  I tried to make it clear in my response what 
the scope of my answer was from the original email that they sent.

I invite you to provide, off-list, a more complete answer regarding 
ebXML, Pim, as that would be far better than anything I could do 
(which is why I didn't try!).  Please forgive me for not thinking to 
bring this to your attention directly.  I'm glad you picked up on it.
