I just looked and I can confirm that the FDIS ballot has arrived in 
Canada overnight for processing (all 56Mb of it!).  The FDIS cover 
page states the voting begins on 2015-04-22 and terminates on 2015-06-22.

I've unpacked the contents and confirmed they match the OASIS 
distribution except for two nuances:

 - only the PDF of the specification document and not the HTML nor XML
   renditions are included ... there is no loss of information as the
   PDF is complete, there is only a loss of convenience of navigating
   the contents from either the XML or HTML renditions

 - the ".bat" files in the "val/" subdirectory have been renamed and an
   explanation README file has been included (some download services
   will not download a ZIP file that includes a ".bat" file)

The package includes the results of DIS voting including the OASIS 
disposition of DIS comments.

I urge those list members who have connections with their national 
bodies to bring the ballot to their attention and to encourage voting 
in favour of final publication of this specification that is so 
important to many countries and companies.
