UBL TC meeting cancelled for this week

Fellow UBL TC members,

I have received enough regrets for today's Atlantic call that we will 
not have a quorum this week in the aggregate attendance.

This week's meeting is cancelled and our next meeting is next week, 
December 9, as originally scheduled.
