Christmas has arrived early ... ISO/IEC 19845:2015 is now published:

... and according to that page a copy can be yours for the low cost 
of only US$200!

I don't yet see it listed in the Publicly Available Standards:

We are coordinating with OASIS administration to ensure a smooth and 
consistent announcement to the public.

During the call yesterday I checked and the status was still 60.00 
... overnight the database was updated to be 60.60.  Many thanks to 
Stephen Green for keeping his finger on the pulse!
