This is a draft proposal for two new document types suitable to support different kind of business directories from generic YP to specific business registries and network directories.

1) UBL-BusinessDirectory
- ext:UBLExtensions (0..1)
- cbc:UBLVersionID (0..1)
- cbc:CustomizationID (0..1)
- cbc:ProfileID (0..1)
- cbc:ProfileExecutionID (0..1)
- cbc:ID (0..1)
- cbc:UUID (0..1)
- cbc:IssueDate (0..1)
- cbc:IssueTime (0..1)
- cbc:BusinessDirectoryTypeCode (0..1)  Example: YP, Directory, Network, AddressBook, ...
- cbc:BusinessDirectoryType (0..1)  A business directory type expressed as a text
- cbc:Name (1..1)
- cbc:Description (0..1)
- cac:BusinessCard (1..n)  This is a cac based on the same BusinessCardType used by the UBL-BusinessCard document type here below.

2) UBL-BusinessCard
- ext:UBLExtensions (0..1)
- cbc:UBLVersionID (0..1)
- cbc:CustomizationID (0..1)
- cbc:ProfileID (0..1)
- cbc:ProfileExecutionID (0..1)
- cbc:ID (0..1)
- cbc:UUID (0..1)

- cbc:IssueTime (0..1)
- cac:Party (1..1)
- cbc:CorporateBrochureURI (0..1) 
- cbc:CorporateWebsiteURI (0..1)  An institutional or corporate image website URI
- cbc:OperationalWebsiteURI (0..1)  An operational website URI
- cbc:SocialNetworkURI (0..n)  One or more presences on social networks
- cac:EDICapability (0..1)
   - cac:EDIReceivalCapability (0..n)
      - cbc:ID (0..1)
      - cbc:FormatID (1..1)  An ID representing the document format such as UBL, EDIFACT
      - cbc:VersionID (1..1) An ID representing the precise version of a document format          
      - cbc:SchemaID (0..1)   A schema or namespace URI if available (message ID for EDIFACT)
      - cbc:ProfileID (0..1)  A business process profile ID. Same as ProfileID for UBL
      - cbc:TransactionID (0..1)  A business transaction ID. Same as CustomizationID for UBL
(similar to UBLVersionID or the directory ID for EDIFACT)
      - cbc:ProtocolID (0..1)  A protocol ID (e.g. FTP, SFTP, AS2, WS, REST, ...)
      - cbc:BusinessNetworkID (0..1)  Example: OpenPEPPOL
      - cbc:EndpointID (0..1)   The receival endpoint id according the Business Network (aka recipient ID)
      - cbc:EndpointAddressURI (0..1)  The actual service (e.g. a web service)
      - cbc:Description (0..1)
   - cac:EDISendingCapability (0..n)
      - cbc:ID (0..1)
      - cbc:FormatID (1..1)  An ID representing the document format such as UBL, EDIFACT
