Hello again,
I suspect Kees is in some way asserting that Party is itself a BusinessCard.
So a new proposal is to enrich cac:Party with additional info suitable to fit the business card role and the EDI capabilities.
I would also underline that the exchange of party information is also supporting the need to update our partners and their accounting systems that relevant information has changed in our corporate info (e.g. address, bank, EDI endpoints, ...).
I would also change the name of the message, some attemps follows and a new structure.

At this point the message to exchange parties will be as simple as a single message:

- cbc:UpdateTypeCode (0..1)   A code signifying the type of update provided with this message.
- cbc:ListTypeCode (0..1)   A code signifying the type of list with party information that is going to be exchanged with this message (e.g. BusinessDirectory, YellowPages, ...).
- cbc:Note (0..n)           Free-form text explaining the reason for sending this party info (update, contact, ..)
- cac:Party (0..n)          <-- one or more parties
      ...
      - cbc:CorporateBrochureReference (0..1)
      - cbc:CorporateWebsiteReference (0..1) An institutional or corporate image website URI
      - cbc:OperationalWebsiteReference (0..1) An operational website URI
      - cbc:SocialNetworkReference (0..n) One or more presences on social networks
