These new elements should not be contained within the existing Party ABIE but as a new ABIE that contains Party and also has associations to these new ABIEs(similar to the way CustomerParty works - as Ken says). The new parent ABIE should be called something like PartyDigitalCapability
Am I right in thinking this information could be used to populate SMPs and other service directories?  Then the documents that exchange this information could be called something like:

1) CollaborationCapability 
or
2) ExchangeServiceCapability 

I am drawing up the model of what this may look like and will post when i have a first draft.
