I have completed the editing for the VerifiedGrossMass ABIE and I created anew message for providing Weight information including verified gross mass.
The new document is called "WeightStatement" (aka Weight declaration, Weight certificate) which is more in line with actual naming used for this document. I have not included the "VerifiedGrossMass" string in its name because this is not the only use of this message.

I have not used the "Weight Bill" name anymore because it can be confused with other practices and it is rarely used.
I please ask Tim to check if the VerifiedGrossMass ABIE is correclty located in the TransportEquipment and if it has to be added in other locations as well (close to the GrossWeightMeasure which is also found into the Consignment).
Parties at document level (except SenderParty and ReceiverParty) are intended to be used when all the Shipment information is not providing such detail per-transportequipment.
