The following items in UBL 2.2 csd01wd10 have a property term primary noun of "Name" and a representation term of "Text":

Classification Scheme. Agency Name. Text
Meter. Meter Name. Text
Person. Birthplace Name. Text
Awarded Notification. Contract Name. Text
Expression Of Interest. Contract Name. Text
Expression Of Interest Confirmation. Contract Name. Text
Qualification Application Request. Contract Name. Text
Qualification Application Response. Contract Name. Text
Qualification Application Response. Economic Operator Group Name. Text
Tender. Contract Name. Text
Tender Receipt. Contract Name. Text
Tender Status. Contract Name. Text
Tender Status Inquiry. Contract Name. Text
Tender Withdrawal. Contract Name. Text
Tenderer Qualification Response. Contract Name. Text
Unawarded Notification. Contract Name. Text

Changing the dictionary entry names to use a representation term of "Name" does not change the XSD element name for XML instances and so is backwards compatible with UBL 2.1.

Can anyone see why any of the above are not names?
