cbc:HashAlgorithmMethod: should rather be an identifier or code value, since hash algorithms are usually refered to by URI References as specified by W3C XMLEnc. Maybe introducing HashAlgorithmMehtodIdentifier or HahsAlgorithmMethodCode alongside the now given textual representation might be a feasible solution.
