ESPDRequest/Lots The following data should be possible for the CA to specify referring to Lots: "LotsQuantityType", "Maximum Number of Lots", "Maximum Number Of Lots Awarded to One Tenderer" ESPDRequest and ESPDRepsonse 55 "Proposal: Introduce a new ABIE ""Lots"" which additionally to these fields aggregate 0..n ProcurementProjectLot components.
Oriol's proposal: treat it as a Criterion.
LET'S DISCUSS THIS WITH MC. WE ALREADY TREATED OTHER EXCLUSION/SELECTION/AWARDING CRITERIA IN A SIMILAR WAY, e.g. DATA ABOUT THE ECONOMIC OPERATOR SUCH AS ""IS THE EO AN SME?""."
