Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (UBL-61) Contract document reference definition

Ken Holman commented on UBL-61:
-------------------------------

While we are in TenderContract, I think the DABIE definition might also be improved:

TenderContract - A document published by a Contracting Party to announce the awarding of a procurement project. ("announcing"? I thought this was the wrapper of the actual contract document)

> Contract document reference definition
> --------------------------------------
>
> Key: UBL-61
> URL: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/UBL-61
> Project: OASIS Universal Business Language (UBL) TC
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: Documents and business objects
> Reporter: Ken Holman
> Assignee: Ken Holman
> Priority: Minor
>
> I think the definition for this ASBIE is insufficient:
> ContractDocumentReference = "A reference to a set of minutes."
> Please consider if there is a better definition. Is this item not a copy of or pointer to the contract document itself? Perhaps not, but as someone not knowing how the document is used, the definition feels misleading.
