Probably we will need to have a new data element to specify this, but i'd like to propose postponing this discussion. This will be necessary for the adaptation of the Notices to the new Directives and Regulation on eForms. As it is under analysis, let's not think about it now. My question was in fact about wether you had tackled or not the CPBs.
